Saturday, September 26, 2026 - Come Play Music Games with Us!
         presented by Sally Ritchie of "Keys to Imagination."
        
        9:30 am at the Wauwatosa Public Library, Firefly Room.
         
          We appreciate pre-registration by classroom music teachers, private music teachers and
          homeschool teachers. All games will be explained, with some new variations, and teachers
          will have the opportunity to play all the games, which will be available for purchase.
          Games can be played one-on-one with a student or used with groups.

Saturday, October 17, 2026 - Due date for applications & fees for the Outstanding Competition.

Saturday, October 31, 2026 - Deadline to request alternate piece on the Young Artist Competition or
          Spring Festival of Solos & Duets, if you are not choosing all pieces from the MAPTA Repertoire List.

Saturday, December 5, 2026 -

• Outstanding Solo, Duet, Trio and Pop & Jazz Competitions  

• Winners' Recital with trophies awarded at the end of the recital.
   

Tuesday, December 15, 2026 - 

• MAPTA Young Artist CompetitionPostmark deadline for entry forms and registration fees.  

• ​Postmark deadline for Music Quiz Bowl Entry Form and registration fees.

Sunday, January 24, 2027 - 

• Due date for entries and fees for the Festival of Solos and Duets.  

• ​MAPTA Board Meeting and Membership Meeting with hors d'oeuvres & desserts.

March 5 & 7, 2027 - Spring Festival of Solos & Duets  

March TBA 2027 - Young Artist Competition & Festival Recitals  

April TBA 2027 - MAPTA Membership Meeting.  

Monday, May 31, 2027 - Dues for 2027-2028 must be paid by this date to avoid late fee.

Wednesday, June 30, 2027 - Deadline for Summer Music Festival entry forms & fees.
